Displays information about storage families and the driver that manages each family or changes the driver that manages a storage family.
manage_disk_drivers [ -l ]
manage_disk_drivers [ -d [ device ] ] [ -o [ driver_option ]
manage_disk_drivers [ -h ]
The manage_disk_drivers command displays a list of storage families and the driver that manages or supports each family. A storage family is a storage model. All disks within the family must be managed by the same driver.
The -d flag must be used only in conjunction with the -o flag.
If you specify the -d flag with the storage device name, the manage_disk_drivers command changes the driver selection to an alternate supported driver that is specified with the -o flag.
The manage_disk_drivers command runs the bosboot command and displays a message to reboot the system for the change to take effect.
