ARGUMENTS
gnutls_cipher_algorithm_t algorithm
is an encryption algorithm
DESCRIPTION
Convert a gnutls_cipher_algorithm_t type to a string.
RETURNS
a pointer to a string that contains the name of the specified cipher,
or NULL.
