NAME
gnutls_record_overhead_size - API function
SYNOPSIS

ARGUMENTS
gnutls_session_t session
is gnutls_session_t
DESCRIPTION
This function will return the set size in bytes of the overhead due to
TLS (or DTLS) per record.
