PURPOSEDestroy_CompCol_Permuted() deallocates a supermatrix in compressed col‐
umn format and permuted (NCPformat).
ARGUMENTS
SuperMatrix *A (input) - pointer to SuperMatrix A, which is in NCPfor‐
mat (Stype = SLU_NCP).
