SCPerror, SCErrorString - Reporting error messages to the user
SYNOPSIS

DESCRIPTION
SCPerror prints ident, followed by a colon, followed by a string
describing the last libscan(3) error which occurred, based on the value
of SCerrno. The message is printed to stderr.
SCErrrorString returns a string describing the error condition
represented by err. If err is between SCEBASE and SCELAST as defined in
<scanner.h>, this will be a libscan(3) specific error message.
Otherwise, it will be the string returned by strerror(3C) for the same
error number.
RETURN VALUESCErrorString returns a string describing the error condition represented
by err.
